Who we are

The data we collect
We only collect what you send us or what we need to run the website:
- Enquiry and booking forms on our tour pages: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, travel date, number of travellers and your message.
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and your message.
- Deposit payments: payments are made on PayPal’s secure pages. We never see or store your card number. PayPal tells us your name, email address and whether the payment was made.
- Reviews: your name, country, rating, review title and text, which we publish after checking them, and your email address, which we never publish.
- Security records: our security software records the IP addresses of visitors and of login attempts to protect the site against attacks.
How we use your data
- To answer your questions, prepare a route and a quote, and organise and confirm your booking.
- To take your deposit and keep a record of payments.
- To publish reviews you send us, after checking them.
- To keep the website safe.
We do not sell your data, and we do not send newsletters or advertising unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- The hotels, riads, desert camps, drivers and guides on your tour, only the details they need, such as your name, your dates and the number of travellers.
- PayPal, which processes your deposit. Its own privacy statement applies.
- Our email and website hosting providers, which store the messages and bookings for us.
- Public authorities, only if the law requires it.
Cookies and outside services
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress sets cookies only for people who log in to manage the site. Some pages load content from other companies, which can see your IP address and may set their own cookies:
- Google Fonts, for the fonts used on the site.
- Tripadvisor, for the reviews box on our tour pages.
- PayPal, when you pay a deposit.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and bookings for as long as we need them to organise your trip and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. Reviews stay online until you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to fesluxurytours@gmail.com and we will reply. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to a data protection authority, for example the CNDP in Morocco under Law 09-08, or the authority in your country in the European Union.
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the enquiries and bookings stored on it is limited to the people who run the site.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
